About the Firm:

Our client is a leader in the HR SAAS space, providing solutions to their client’s workforce to help improve employee satisfaction and retention. Essential Tasks: The Global Tax Director will primarily focus on multiple states' Transfer pricing and US taxation as well as oversee the global taxes including Canada
  • Oversee and execute the US Federal and State tax returns in a timely manner
  • Support and manage external service providers globally in accordance with the global compliance
  • Support or/and review consolidated annual tax provisions
  • Manage the company tax position analysis
  • Oversee the Tax Team
  • Support with the annual budget and strategic corporate plan for the global cash tax forecasting
  • Manage the tax examinations
  • Perform all other tasks that will help complete the project
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years with tax experience in provisions, international tax, and tax planning with complex corporations
  • 2+ years experience working in a medium to large size public accounting firm
  • Experience overseeing indirect tax compliances
  • CPA designated
  • In-Depth or M-Tax completed
  • U.S GAAP experience is a must
  • Canadian, US and Global tax experience is a must
  • Prior management experience
  • Good initiative, attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
