Our Client

Our Toronto based client has an exciting opportuntiy to manager their portfolio of global payment service providers. As the Global Payment Services Manager you will be responsible for managing and optimizing a large network of payment service providers to reduce failures, ensure all regulations and compliance are met for each market, and optimize for price, service, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop the strategy of Payment Services team, ensuring ample diversification and
redundant options for our various global operations and locations
● Lead payment team and enhance overall cashier experience for customers
● Lead all vendor communication, negotiation, relationship management, and issue
handling
● Design overall improvement for back-end system related to cashier and payment
● Coordinate with Finance team for better accounting practice
● Automate / adopt AI technology to improve cashier operation
● Develop strategy for cashier/payment
● Develop product roadmaps and delivery of new payment methods and products
● Lead and develop enhanced reconciliation process

Qualifications

● Proven track record in developing and executing Payment Service Provider strategies in a global context
● Strong management experience with the ability to lead technical and operational
teams.
Demonstrated skills in negotiation, relationship management, and system
improvement.
● Able to work in a fast paced environment
● Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and able to find alternative solutions
