Salary starts at 125 K

• Oversee all aspects of hotel including operations, sales & marketing strategies, revenue management and human resource
• Establish and manage annual budgets/expense, analyze and interpret financial data and monitor sales and profits
• Develop and implement intuitive and effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s services and amenities
• Maintain a proactive yield management program to include ninety-day forecasting identifying strong and weak periods in order to maximize occupancy, ADR and REVPAR
• Prepare weekly reports on operations & capital, guest & employees, and Sales & OTA tasks or issues
• Supervise work at all levels while setting clear objectives for all department managers to ensure highest service standards is achieved
• Personally greet and interact with as many customers as possible with concept of creating a personalized environment within the Hotel
• Develop and maintain a fun working environment while delivering exceptional customer care standards
• Hold regular communication meetings with all employees and the management team while maintaining positive working relationship with all employees and the local community
• To attend relevant conferences and industry seminars as needed or required
• To ensure the hotel fully complies with all current and new municipal, provincial, and federal government legislation relevant to the operation of the hotel as a business

• Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software (PMS OPERA CLOUD) is an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years experience leading a team in a hospitality setting.
• Outstanding ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills as well as a creative business mindset
• Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
