About the Firm:

Our client is an expert in the construction industry. Focusing on many verticals, our client completes projects within Residential and Commercial settings.

Essential Tasks:

  1. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Clerks duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Maintain company accounting records ensuring compliance with company accounting policies.
    • Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and yearly internal F/S reports.
    • Prepare timely and accurate monthly journal entries.
    • Assist in full-cycle accounting process for intercompany corporate entities, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations and monthly balance, etc.
    • Support in Managing the company’s financial affairs and general bookkeeping.
    • Credit Card Reconciliations including receipt gathering expense allocation & distribution.
    • Assist with Year-end Review and Internal Audit, and provide supporting documents as required.
    • Perform other duties as required.
  • Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ accounting experience
  • SKILLS Needed:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and Ability to maintain confidentiality.
