Position: General Manager
Reports To: Owner / Managing Director
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Growth: Lead commercial strategy to achieve revenue targets, drive group bookings, corporate events, and promotions, and maintain strong relationships with corporate and community clients. Analyze sales data to adjust strategies and optimize performance.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, cleanliness, and proper equipment readiness. Implement operational SOPs and manage staffing schedules to meet demand.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a customer-focused team. Provide ongoing coaching, set performance expectations, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and engagement.
• Customer Experience: Ensure all guests receive exceptional service, handle escalated issues professionally, and monitor feedback to implement service improvements.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance. Monitor key financial KPIs, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and pricing optimization.
• Maintenance & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations, conduct regular audits, and coordinate maintenance to keep all equipment and track systems in optimal condition.
• Strategic Leadership & Business Development: Develop and execute business and marketing plans, identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations and team management within a high-volume customer-focused environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in budgeting and financial oversight.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and service.
