About Our Client
Our client, is seeking a French Bilingual Accounting Administrator for a temp-to-permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Following up and making collection calls
- Daily postings
- Settlement
- Distributor Billing
- Deposit tracking and recording
- Data entry of invoices and adjustments
- Process account and bank reconciliations
- Weekly reports
Qualifications
- Bilingual French and English is a MUST
- Exposure to accounting at the clerical level (analysis, account reconciliations, A/P, A/R, etc.) would be a definite asset in this position
- The successful candidate will project a professional attitude when dealing with external contacts, as daily communications with business units is necessary
- Internal contacts include Sales and Depot Operations personnel, A/R, A/P as well as other accounting departments
- Excellent verbal communication skills are required
