The Company
Our client a food manufacturing company is rapidly growing and looking to hire a Financial Controller to join their team to lead the accounting and finance division.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Owners this role will be a position overseeing the entire Accounting and Finance department. They will be responsible for managing areas of financial performance and reporting, along with active involvement in opportunities to scale production, lead ERP implementation reduce costs and build out banking relationship.

The Qualifications
  • University degree in accounting or finance
  • 6+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
  • 3+ years of management/controllership experience
  • A very smart analytical, and business-minded person not afraid to be hands-on
  • Experience working in the food manufacturing space is a huge asset
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • CPA designation is an asset but not a must
