About Our Client:
Our client is seeking a professional Financial Analyst with 1-3 years of background working in finance or a relevant role. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of private funds.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the fund process- treasury and operation activities, liquidity and capital matters
- Complete and present quarterly financial statements for private fund investors
- Address inbound investor queries
- Provide support during capital events- operations binders and capital notices
- Participate in the annual audit process
- Organize annual tax financial documents and reports
- Collaborate with corporate and global platforms on reporting actions
- Complete ad-hoc analysis and create financial and operational results presentations
- Assist in special projects as requested
Qualifications
- Designated CPA or working towards completion
- 1-3 years background working in finance or relevant role. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of private funds.
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a team
- Detail-oriented, professional, and organized
- Excellent communication skills- both oral and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems
