About Our Client
Our client is looking for an Implementation Specialist with hands on expereince in Acumatica. They are about to go live, and need someone who has lead at least one Acumatica implementation in the past to assist with onboarding, report writing, documentation and initial admin and access control.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the implementation of Acumatica ERP and its add-on modules for the Finance team.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless adaptation between processes and systems.
* Provide staff training and maintain comprehensive documentation for departmental procedures.
* Manage system access, perform maintenance functions, ensure data integrity, review charts of accounts, and troubleshoot issues.
* Assess the ERP's interaction with other systems and departments, and develop integration solutions.
* Liaise and maintain strong relationships with external consultants.
* Generate new reports using the ERP for other team members.
* Support the rollout of other related systems.
* Assist with related projects and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with Acumatica implementation.
* A minimum of four years of experience in accounting, reporting, and financial systems.
* Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and guidance.
* Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* A flexible, organized, and self-motivated work ethic.
