About Our Client
We are working with a large public company in the downtown core near Union Station.

Responsibilities
The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • The full cycle of related party billings and collections
  • Managing the shared email inbox
  • Obtaining expense payment approvals
  • Payroll journal entries
  • Preparing HST filings
  • Handling mail/courier requests and in-person banking needs
  • Preparing wire payment forms
  • Providing documentation to auditors
Qualifications
You should have several years of accounting and office administration experience, ideally with large companies which have multiple entities/departments. You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
