About Our Client:
Our client located in the Durham region is seeking an Expense Reporting Analyst for a one-year term. They operate in a hybrid work model.
Keys:
- Experience in a large corporate, fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with a large ERP system and an Expense Audit Tool (SAP, Concur are highly desirable but would consider other platforms)
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Main Responsibilities:
- Audit employee expense reports in accordance with corporate procedures and policies
- Daily processing of interface batches to record expense report details in SAP and ensure all are completed by month-end
- Daily logging and clearing of the expense to payment reconciliation, as well as supporting with the investigation of payment batch differences
- Support the Expense Report Administrator
Experience: 2+ years in a professional office environment
Required Skills:
- Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team
- Ability to manage and prioritize large volumes and multitask
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, including Visio
