Job Description

Our well-established client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their dynamic & busy team.

**Please note this role is 5 days on-site and is located within the York Region**


Responsibilities:
  • Direct support to the Executive Leadership Team with regard to calendar management, meeting & travel coordination, email correspondence, etc.
  • Event planning & coordination (I.E. Team meetings, client events, holiday parties, etc)
  • Drafting and/or reviewing presentations & communications to internal & external stakeholders
  • Preparing documents and all required assets for client meetings
  • Support Office Admin team as needed


Qualifications:
  • 2+ years as an Executive Assistant, directly supporting C-Level
  • Solutions-focused thinker who thrives in dynamic & fast-paced environments
  • Very comfortable working alongside & communicating with a diverse group of people
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
