Executive Assistant

Downtown Toronto | Full-Time, Permanent | 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Work from Home

Our top client, a leading Toronto-based private equity firm focused on investments across healthcare, business, and consumer services, is looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support Partners and their teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial organization known for its collaborative culture and professional environment.

  • Support Partners and their teams in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Manage complex executive calendars and prioritize competing demands.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Process expense reports and benefits submissions accurately and efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide occasional personal assistance, including appointments and special arrangements.
  • Collaborate with and provide backup support to the Executive Assistant team.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proactively anticipate executive needs and manage multiple priorities independently.

Qualifications

  • 3–4+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience supporting C-Suite Executives
  • Experience supporting multiple senior executives is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel; PowerPoint is an asset).
  • Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
