This is a full-time, onsite role based in Toronto, requiring a 5-day work week within core downtown Toronto
We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of one of our top clients in a small mining company. This role primarily supports the CEO, with occasional support to other executives on a case-by-case basis. The ideal candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and possess exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Role Objective:
Support both internal and external parties with professionalism, ensuring all tasks reflect positively on the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.
Organize and optimize complex schedules, resolving conflicts as needed.
Prioritize and manage emails, contacts, and travel arrangements.
Prepare executive correspondence and board meeting materials.
Experience:
C-Suite Experience: Must have at least 4+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives.
Strong Business Sense: Ability to assess priorities quickly and make sound judgment calls to drive business success.
Excellent Communication & Time Management: Proven ability to meet deadlines and interact confidently with all organizational levels.
