Job Description

Our Client is a successful, publicly traded company based in Downtown Toronto, and they are in search of an Executive Assistant to support one of their C-Suite Leaders.

Reporting directly to the Executive, you will be responsible for:


  • Calendar management, travel coordination, and event planning for both internal and external clients
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure documents and deliverables are managed accordingly
  • Managing legal documents and corporate communications on behalf of the Executive
  • Managing expense reports and invoice processing
  • Attending Board Meetings, inclusive of recording meeting minutes, preparing agendas, and following up on action items
  • Support direct reports to the Executive, as needed

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of Executive Assistant experience, directly supporting C-Level in the Finance Industry
  • Experience supporting a Board of Directors and Committee Meetings
  • Ability to treat confidentiality as the utmost priority in all circumstances
  • Demonstrates a professional demeanor and is proactive in managing all business matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
