Our client in Vaughan, a leader in the Manufacturing sector, is currently seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator/Account Support professional to support a key retail account and assist with daily e-commerce, customer service, and operational functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update online product listings, pricing, images, and product details
- Support product launches, listing changes, and promotions
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Prepare quotes, estimates, and assist with order follow-ups
- Coordinate technical documents, submittals, and project files
- Track inventory levels and provide internal updates
- Provide general administrative and account support
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, customer service, sales support, or account coordination
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable working with product and technical information
