Location: Windsor, Ontario (3 days Hybrid in office)
Type: Full-time, 12-month Fixed-Term Contract
Receive, log, distribute, and track project documents and correspondence.
Coordinate document reviews and approvals across various departments and with external partners.
Ensure proper version control and audit trail of project documents.
Monitor workflows and follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure timelines are met.
Maintain consistency and accuracy across all project documentation platforms.
Support internal teams by providing timely access to updated records and project files.
Work with engineering and project teams to maintain document integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a combination of relevant diploma and practical experience.
Certifications in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or through ARMA (American Records Management Association) are considered assets.
At least 3 years of experience in electronic document control, ideally within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Hands-on experience with document management platforms such as e-Builder or comparable systems.
Strong ability to manage multiple files and tasks while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to professionalism and discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (intermediate level or above).
Well-versed in document control procedures and database systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-paced team environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
Must be eligible for Government of Canada Personnel Screening/Security Clearance.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
Ability to travel within Ontario and to Michigan when necessary.
