Director of Growth – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
Our top client in software development located in the center of Downtown Toronto is seeking a dynamic Director of Growth to lead an M&A deal sourcing team. The role involves sourcing, qualifying, and managing acquisition opportunities, and developing strategies to maintain a high-quality deal pipeline. The Director will hire, train, and manage a team of business development professionals while building relationships with business owners, CEOs, investment bankers, and private equity firms. The ideal candidate will have a proven M&A track record, team leadership experience, and strong management skills in a fast-paced environment.
This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Deal Lead focused on high-volume SaaS sales across North America to put their DNA into developing and growing a team.
