A rare opportunity to join their team has come available as a Director of Finance. The position is located in Mississauga and is required for you to be in office from Tuesday-Thursday.

SALARY: Up to 180K + Bonus + 4 weeks vacation + benefits + RRSP match program + gas + car allowance

ROLE: The Director, Finance is a senior leader responsible for financial strategy, commercial governance, and overall profitability. Reporting to the VP, Finance & CFO, this role serves as a key strategic partner and oversees financial reporting, planning, and control. The position also supports pricing strategy, incentive and residual value management, extended warranty economics, and full lifecycle profitability. It requires strong automotive experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence decisions across functions including Sales, Marketing, Product, After-Sales, and related areas.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a finance business partner across the company's multiple sectors.
  • Oversee financial modeling and governance over
  • Provide enterprise-level financial leadership across all areas of the corporate businesses
  • Lead financial modeling and build-out of corporate plans
  • Overseeing the consolidating full P&Ls, including G&A oversight and cross-divisional performance integration
  • Guide business decisions through structured financial framing, KPI alignment, and disciplined performance tracking
  • Develop and monitor enterprise KPIs that drive strategic accountability across departments.
  • Participate in financial governance for vehicle pricing and incentive structures

Qualifications:

(1) 10+ years of progressive accounting & finance experience including reporting, FP&A, strategic finance, inventory and pricing
(2) 6+ years of automotive industry experience in the corporate level
(3) 5+ years of management experience asset if in the automotive space
(4) CPA is a must
(5) Strong Automotive OEM experience
(6) Overseeing the entire P&L across all business units
(7) Strong communicator with an analytical mindset
