Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:

  • Partner with senior executives to shape financial strategies for Food Service and Facility Management.

  • Develop and lead annual and 5-year strategic plans with clear financial goals.

• Management Reporting:

  • Create reporting systems for insights into KPIs and key metrics.

  • Provide actionable recommendations to align business objectives.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Deliver comprehensive financial narratives and projections.

• Decision Support:

  • Assess and validate business cases for new projects and initiatives.

  • Offer financial guidance to departments for ongoing initiatives.

• Team Leadership:

  • Build, lead, and retain a high-performing finance team.

  • Foster a culture of accountability and professional growth.

• Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies and financial regulations.
    
    

Qualifications

• CPA designation and a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 10+ years in finance, including 7+ years in FP&A and 3+ years in leadership roles.

• Proven ability to lead in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Adaptability to change and ambiguity.
