The Digital Operations Director is responsible for shaping and optimizing the organization's digital ecosystem. This role leads the strategy, management, and optimization of the organization’s digital platforms and systems, ensuring operational efficiency and seamless integration across all digital touchpoints. The Director will focus on streamlining operations, implementing cutting-edge technology solutions, and driving the digital transformation to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Experience Design:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance user experience across all online platforms.
- Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring digital experiences are intuitive and meet diverse audience needs.
- Maintain compliance with data governance standards to ensure the integrity and consistency of organizational data.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology solutions (e.g., AI, automation) to streamline operations and improve customer experiences.
- Optimize workflows and automate key business processes to enhance department efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to optimize workflows and automate key processes.

Vendor & Project Management:
- Manage relationships with digital service providers and vendors, ensuring project delivery aligns with scope, timeline, and budget.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including data privacy and accessibility.
- Oversee the assigned budget and report on financial variance and forecasts.
- Ensure all projects adhere to project management guidelines and accountability frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (MBA or relevant Master’s degree is an asset)
- 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, operations, or a related field
- Hands-on experience managing digital ecosystems, including CRM, CMS, web technologies, and related tools.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing digital initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, systems integration, and operational optimization.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Expertise in driving change management initiatives and engaging stakeholders.
