Our client in the real-estate industry located in North York, is hiring a Development Accountant for a permanent position
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable for multiple entities, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment administration.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, intercompany billings, journal entries, and HST filings.
- Monitor the AP inbox, maintain electronic records, and coordinate invoice and payment approvals.
- Prepare cash flow projections, manage cash flow, and support audit and quantity survey requests.
- Assist with property accounting functions and special projects as required.
Qualifications
- 2 + years of construction or project-based accounting experience
- Yardi Voyager software would be an asset
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
