Job Description

Position Title: DevOps Developer (3 Month Contract)
Location: Ottawa, ON
Work Model: Remote (Canada)

Our client is a well-established Ottawa-based technology company that has been delivering innovative applications to businesses across North America for many years. They are now seeking a skilled DevOps Developer to join their team on a short-term project.

In this role, you will play a key part in a migration project, working with a collaborative team to transition from Microsoft Azure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This is a fully remote position where professionalism and strong communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the migration of infrastructure and applications from Azure to GCP.
  • Collaborate with team members in planning sessions and virtual meetings.
  • Ensure smooth deployment, automation, and monitoring processes.
  • Communicate effectively with distributed team members across North America.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in .NET development.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and GCP environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Professional presence and reliability in video-based meetings.
