We are seeking Data Entry Clerks to assist with organizing and sorting fundraising documentation, accurately entering data into the organization’s database, and ensuring donor information meets quality control standards. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in an impactful organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and manage donor and fundraising data
• Organize and sort fundraising documentation
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure data accuracy
• Support a collaborative team in a busy work environment

Ideal Candidate:

• A college or university student available for immediate work
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Comfortable learning new software quickly and following instructions
• Ability to multi-task and support a busy team
• Prior experience in customer service or administration is an asset
