* Please note this Director Sales position is designed for established Staffing Agency sales reps and there is no base salary. This is a high-earning 100% commission-based role. In order to qualify applicants must have a minimum of 3+ years of recent experience performing sales and business development duties within a staffing agency or recruitment firm environment.

  The Opportunity
  
  We are looking for experienced senior Director Sales professionals from within the Recruitment and Staffing Industry who have a proven track record of success, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an alignment with RIM’s Core Values.
  
  Candidates will be managing a desk performing sales and business development duties.

• A minimum of 3+ years experience working a desk performing sales and business development within a staffing agency or recruitment firm environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of success.

• Canadian residents only with legal permission to work in Canada.

Compensation

Recruiting in Motion pays excellent commissions on direct-hire placements and temp/contract net margin placements (Please note as a senior Director Sales there is no base salary. This is a pure commission-based role for established senior level business developers with a book of business).
