We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturer in Woodbridge to help them find a Customer Solutions Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys being the go-to liaison between customers, production, and supply chain teams.
In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end order process, support production planning, and help manage inventory flow—ensuring customers get what they need, when they need it.
Customer Service & Order Management
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and urgency
Process and manage sales orders in the ERP system, including pricing, lead times, and acknowledgments
Track production timelines and communicate delays or urgent needs
Handle order-related issues, product quality concerns, and shipping discrepancies
Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with shipping/logistics and sales teams
Inventory & Production Support
Monitor raw materials and finished goods to align with customer demand
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to manage stock levels and replenishment
Analyze forecasts and assist with production planning to avoid delays or shortages
Proactively flag supply chain constraints and support mitigation strategies
3+ years of experience in customer service or order desk coordination within a manufacturing environment
Exposure to inventory planning, order tracking, or production scheduling
Solid understanding of supply chain flows and manufacturing timelines
ERP experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented, solutions-driven mindset
