Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, CSRs are the main point of contact for our customers and internal staff with reference to regional portfolios. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer calls, addressing their requests effectively.
  • Process lease documents quickly, ensuring files are accurate, complete, and sent to the correct departments.
  • Keep customers informed on lease documentation and service needs.
  • Manage fleet service orders and ongoing administrative tasks.
  • Communicate daily, providing administrative assistance and reporting.
  • Attend meetings and assist with new customer presentations as needed.
  • Resolve issues related to sales, billing, and accounting.
  • Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Work with CSRs, Client Experience Representatives, and Operations to improve procedures.
  • Join regular meetings with the Regional Sales Manager and CSR Team to manage tasks and optimize team performance.
  • Assist in testing and supporting new processes and IT initiatives.
  • Help with reception, mail, couriers, and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Support the Regional Sales Manager with various tasks.

Qualifications
  • Over one year of experience in a B2B customer service role.
  • Highly motivated to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and confident approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexible, responsive, and able to exercise good judgment.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in client service and/or fleet management is a strong asset.
