About our Client

Our Client, a leading producer of functional aluminates and specialty chemicals, is looking for an experienced CSR to join their Lower Mainland team on a permanent full-time basis. you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities 
  • Order Processing:

    • Efficiently process customer orders using NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., shipping, billing) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
    • Verify that vendor pricing information in NetSuite aligns with order confirmations from suppliers.
  • Customer Interaction:

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
    • Address customer questions related to orders, products, and services.
    • Provide updates on order status and offer recommendations and support as needed.
  • Problem-Solving:

    • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints while adhering to company policies.
    • Investigate and troubleshoot any issues related to orders, payments, or returns.
  • Record Keeping:

    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Document relevant details in NetSuite for future reference and follow-up.
  • Communication:

    • Coordinate with colleagues to enhance understanding of customer needs and improve service.
    • Provide constructive feedback on customer service processes and suggest improvements.
    • Conduct follow-up calls or emails to gather customer feedback on their experience.
  • Attitude and Approach:

    • Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Advocate for customers when necessary, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
    • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within a small, dedicated team.
    • Be comfortable working in an office environment.
  • Compensation and Bonus:

    • Competitive salary based on experience and industry standards.
    • Bonus eligibility is tied to both individual performance and company success, with your contributions directly influencing bonus outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; additional education in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
