Our client, a high-end interior finishes company in the A&D industry is seeking a Custom Residential Builder with a strong background in Builder Sales. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network, fostering relationships, and driving business growth in the residential and multi-unit development sectors.



Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with designers, custom residential builders, and condo developers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Network and engage with industry professionals to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects, focusing on custom residential building projects and multi-unit developments.
  • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to create tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet client expectations.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
