The Opportunity
We’re working with a growing organization looking to bring on a Manager, Credit & Collections to lead their AR function. This role will focus on team leadership, process improvement, and driving overall collections performance in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team responsible for collections and accounts receivable
- Monitor performance metrics (aging, recovery, cash flow) and provide actionable insights
- Improve processes, systems, and workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Oversee collections strategy, including escalations and external partners
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in Credit & Collections, with leadership experience
- Strong understanding of AR, collections strategy, and performance metrics
- Experience with reporting tools and systems (ERP/CRM/Excel)
- Hands-on leader who can drive results and build a strong team culture
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
