About Our Client

Our client, an investment firm located downtown Toronto, is looking to add a Corporate Accountant to their team. The Corporate Accountant will work closely with the accounting and finance team in various areas. If you are looking for a a diverse role, this Corporate Accountant role could be for you!

Responsibilities
  • Cash flow reporting including reconciliations
  • Financial statement processess at period ends
  • GL analysis and discrepancy resolution
  • Indirect tax filings
  • Schedules and working papers
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of accounting/reporting experience
  • CPA designated
  • Financial services experience an asset
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • A team player with the drive to automate processes, good time management skills and the ability to build good rapport.
