Job Description
Our client, a large professional services firm, located in downtown Toronto is currently hiring for a Billing Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is excellent for a billing professional who is looking for a highly professional and collaborative team that values hard work and dedication.
As a Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the full billing cycle in liaison with Partners and their clients
- Prepare monthly billing reports and statements including WIP reports
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for billing-related matters
Qualifications:
- At least two years of billing experience
- Professional business acumen and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have experience working in a Professional Services firm (Legal, Engineering, Accounting, etc.)
