Our client is seeking a talented hands-on Controller to lead a dynamic accounting team within a fast-paced, growth-focused organization. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role where you’ll oversee all core accounting functions—from financial reporting and compliance to internal controls, payroll oversight, and system enhancements.
You’ll be responsible for managing a small team covering AP, AR, inventory, fixed assets, and general accounting. You’ll also play a key role in capital planning, audit prep, board reporting, and supporting M&A and banking relationships.
Lead and develop a team across core accounting functions.
Own financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal control improvements.
Manage CapEx budgets, bank reporting, and audit coordination.
Drive process improvements and support system upgrades (ERP).
Provide strategic analysis for business decisions, costing, and special projects.
Serve as a key liaison to the SLT, external partners, and auditors.
CPA designation with a Bachelor's in Accounting.
10+ years’ experience, including 3+ years as a Controller.
Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge (Business Central/Navision preferred).
Strong understanding of cash flow, reporting, payroll, and inventory accounting.
Excellent communication skills and proven discretion with confidential matters.
