Salary: $65,000-$75,000 plus bonus

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support their team in delivering commercial flooring projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in project management within the construction industry, gaining hands-on experience across planning, coordination, and execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Project Manager in coordinating multiple flooring projects
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and daily task coordination
  • Help allocate labor and track workforce scheduling across job sites
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor project progress and report on timelines, budgets, and risks
  • Assist with procurement of materials and tracking of project resources
  • Ensure documentation is up to date, including project plans, schedules, and reports
  • Support quality control efforts across installation sites
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and builders to ensure alignment on project requirements
  • Help ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations

Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of construction processes (flooring experience is an asset)
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
