Now Hiring: Executive Assistant with Events & Membership Coordination Experience

We're looking for a skilled professional with at least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives. You’ll play a key role in membership coordination, event planning, and executive-level support—contributing to an industry focused on building stronger Canadian communities.
What You'll Bring:
Post-secondary education in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); bonus if you know ACCPAC or have website experience
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
High level of discretion, attention to detail, and ability to manage shifting priorities
Experience managing events, coordinating logistics, and working with internal and external stakeholders
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and major events, handling logistics, communications, and post-event evaluations
Maintain membership records and support communication and application processes
Provide high-level executive support including calendar management, minute-taking, preparing reports, and assisting with confidential matters
Role Details:
Employment Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday, flexible hours between 7:30am–5:00pm)
Location: On-site in Mississauga, ON
Travel: Occasional travel for events (approx. 4 nights/month)
