Job Description

Now Hiring: Executive Assistant with Events & Membership Coordination Experience

We're looking for a skilled professional with at least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives. You’ll play a key role in membership coordination, event planning, and executive-level support—contributing to an industry focused on building stronger Canadian communities.

What You'll Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); bonus if you know ACCPAC or have website experience

  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

  • High level of discretion, attention to detail, and ability to manage shifting priorities

  • Experience managing events, coordinating logistics, and working with internal and external stakeholders

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and major events, handling logistics, communications, and post-event evaluations

  • Maintain membership records and support communication and application processes

  • Provide high-level executive support including calendar management, minute-taking, preparing reports, and assisting with confidential matters

Role Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday, flexible hours between 7:30am–5:00pm)

  • Location: On-site in Mississauga, ON

  • Travel: Occasional travel for events (approx. 4 nights/month)
