About Our Client:

Our client is a nationally recognized leader in print and marketing fulfillment, serving top-tier retail and consumer brands across Canada. With state-of-the-art production facilities and a focus on operational excellence, they help clients bring complex in-store marketing campaigns to life. They are currently seeking a proactive Client Services Coordinator – Marketing Operations to join their signage and campaign execution team. This hybrid role is based in Aurora, ON, and typically requires three days per week on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate in-store promotional signage programs for mid-to-large-scale retail campaigns
  • Participate in client briefings and clarify campaign requirements
  • Develop and manage distribution lists and campaign data using internal systems
  • Prepare project estimates and maintain client-specific rate cards
  • Create and distribute production documentation; coordinate schedules with internal teams
  • Act as liaison between production, kitting, shipping, and external suppliers
  • Support innovation and special projects through production with team lead guidance
  • Maintain accurate invoicing and track additional billable services
  • Generate campaign reports and track KPIs, inventory, and fulfillment metrics
  • Handle customer issues professionally with support from supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in print production, client services, or marketing operations
  • Knowledge of in-store signage workflows and print production processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with inventory, kitting, or campaign tracking tools is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
