We are seeking an Intermediate Civil Engineer (P.Eng.) to lead the design and delivery of land development and municipal infrastructure projects throughout Eastern Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, mentoring junior team members, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and delivering innovative, practical engineering solutions in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario with a minimum of four years of progressive land development experience. You will possess strong technical expertise in site development, municipal servicing, stormwater management, and grading design, along with a thorough understanding of municipal standards, approval processes, and regulatory requirements within Ontario.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, PCSWMM, and/or EPANET is essential, as is experience preparing engineering reports, technical studies, and development approval submissions for land development projects. The successful candidate will have the ability to stamp and seal engineering drawings and reports, taking professional responsibility for design work and project deliverables.
You will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment. A keen attention to detail, commitment to quality, and proven leadership and mentorship capabilities are essential, along with a collaborative approach and passion for delivering practical, innovative engineering solutions.
