About Our Client

Our client, a high-end interior finishes company in the A&D industry is seeking a Channel Sales & Marketing Manager focused on project management, brand expansion, and marketing to join their team. The role will focus on the GTA area and requires someone who has worked with luxury-level finishes within the last three years.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales and marketing strategy to drive the placement of new showrooms across Ontario and beyond.
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for showroom expansion, including market research, competitor analysis, and partnership development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, suppliers, and industry influencers.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and management of showroom staff, ensuring a high level of expertise and customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to drive showroom traffic and generate leads.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the Khayeri brand.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of showrooms and sales channels, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in channel sales and marketing, preferably within the interior finishes or product sales industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in opening and growing new showrooms or branches, with a strong understanding of the operational and logistical challenges involved.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support showroom expansion efforts.
