This is a 3-month temporary assignment with the potential for a permanent role, open to candidates seeking permanent, temporary, or contract work—including travelers and students with valid work permits.

Position: Client Service Representative
Reports to: Manager, Recruitment
Location: Delta – 8035 120th Street, Suite 103
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

The Role:

As a Client Service Representative, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining and expanding our client relationships. You’ll spend your days reaching out to past clients via phone and email, updating our database, and assessing their needs through a brief discovery process. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service, promoting our staffing services, and ensuring that our clients have the most up-to-date information. We’re looking for someone energetic, personable, and proactive, with great communication skills and a passion for helping people. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to maintain and enhance client relationships.

  • Promote and share updated information about our staffing services.

  • Update and add new client contact details to our CRM database.

  • Identify and track duplicate client entries in the CRM, managing them for future merging.

  • Maintain a high volume of calls and emails throughout the day.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree or Post-Secondary Diploma, or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Previous experience in outbound calling, customer service, sales, call center, or hospitality is a plus.

  • Basic MS Office skills; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.

  • A friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, professional demeanor, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Confidence and a competitive spirit are an asset.
