This is a 3-month temporary assignment with the potential for a permanent role, open to candidates seeking permanent, temporary, or contract work, including travelers and students with valid work permits.

**Job Title:** Client Service Representative
**Reports to:** Manager Recruitment
**Work Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
**Location:** Delta – 8035 120th Street, Suite 103
**The Role:**
As a Client Service Representative, you will be based in our Delta office for a 3-month temporary role, with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent. Your primary duties will involve contacting past clients via phone and email, updating our database, and assessing their compatibility with our services through a brief discovery process. You will provide exceptional customer service while promoting and providing updated information on our staffing services. This position requires an energetic, articulate, enthusiastic, and proactive individual with excellent English communication skills. Training will be provided.
**Responsibilities:**
* Performing customer care and client servicing activities through outbound telephone calls and emails.
* Promoting and supplying updated information on our staffing services to client contacts.
* Updating and adding new contact names to our CRM database.
* Tracking duplicate client entries within our CRM and entering them into a spreadsheet for merging.
* Making telephone calls and sending emails throughout the day.
**Qualifications:**
* University Degree or Post-Secondary Diploma, or relevant past work experience.
* Previous experience in outbound telephone calling, fundraising, client servicing, sales, call center, or hospitality is preferred.
* Junior MS Office skills.
* Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
* Reliable, energetic, personable, friendly, outgoing disposition, and a strong sense of urgency.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, professional demeanor, and relationship-building skills.
* Confidence and competitiveness are a plus.
