Our reputable client in the printing sector is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their growing team!
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and building strong client relationships. Ideally, this person will have experience building strategic relationships with Contractors, Architects, Designers, and Business Owners.
This is a full-time permanent role that is based out of their Burlington office.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect, make sales calls, and manage orders and programs as the leading point of contact.
- Act as client advocates and work with operations to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied.
- Committed to achieving or surpassing their annual sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s success.
- Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiencies.
- Manage client needs and expectations with best in-class service.
- Pro-actively manage issues and achieve solutions through compromise.
- Utilize internal / external subject matter experts to solve customer challenges.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary degree preferred.
- Familiar with Print, in-store Signage, Merchandising Displays and Branding Interiors would be an asset.
- Highly organized with Project Management experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer Skills, MS Office, Work and Excel.
- Driver’s license and car.
