Our Client is a leading Canadian auto retailer, providing a one-stop shopping experience for car hauling requirements, with a strong business team led by experts in car hauling and the auto industry. Selling extensively in the US, the company's sales have increased by over 40% in the last year, and as part of the company's growth, they are seeking a sales representative to work with the product and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through handling inquiries, showcasing products, and ensuring end-to-end client satisfaction. Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to;

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to calls and inquiries promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Meet with clients to showcase products, discuss their needs, and provide an end-to-end client service experience
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products
• Utilize strong communication skills in both English and French when dealing with suppliers and clients in Quebec and Ontario
• Manage customer timelines and expectations, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with internal product and service teams

The Ideal Candidate will have a min of 2 years of experience in a similar industry/role. The successful candidate will believe in punctuality, organization, and a winning work ethic and attitude. Be a quick learner, open to training, and proactive in staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
