Our Client partners with growing dental practices providing the capital required to develop their clinics. Also providing clinic mentorship, HR, marketing, and strategic business development, our client ensures the success of budding practices. They are currently seeking a Fully Bilingual HR Coordinator (English/French) to take on various administrative duties, facilitating daily HR functions, including employee onboarding packages, maintaining HRIS records, and supporting the integration process of newly onboarding clinics.
As the HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks to support the HR team, including the preparation and distribution of documentation related to hiring, regulatory compliance, onboarding, and policies. This encompasses safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure/registration, and certifications. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in recruitment activities, assist with routine HR functions such as compensation, benefits, and leave of absence, and contribute to employee relations, recognition, training and development, and performance management. Handling employment-related inquiries and ensuring their appropriate escalation, attending organizational meetings, and maintaining the HR Information System (HRIS) with precision are integral aspects of this role. Occasional travel between Quebec and Ontario will be required.
