About Our Client:

Our client is currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Agent for a 1-year contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to orders via phone & email
  • Discuss order details with clients
  • Offer superior customer service
  • Process orders through the system in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with the Sales team
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual English and French speaking
  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Must be willing to work with other departments when there is downtime in the role
  • Previous knowledge of working with various systems
