Role Summary:
This role supports field technicians by coordinating schedules, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll act as a central point of contact—handling calls, messages, and updates in real time—to help keep technicians and customers on track. This fast-paced, shift-based position requires strong communication, quick thinking, and attention to detail.
Key Duties:
Manage and adjust technician schedules to optimize routes and efficiency
Communicate with technicians and customers via phone, text, and messaging apps
Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally in a high-volume environment
Coordinate appointment changes quickly and courteously
Review job records to ensure tasks are completed and accurately documented in Salesforce
Resolve technical or logistical issues as they arise
Collaborate with customer service, sales, and finance teams
Follow team guidelines and contribute to performance targets
What You’ll Need:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) with clear written and verbal communication
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Basic knowledge of North American geography
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Nice to Have:
Experience in customer support, scheduling, or dispatch
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms
Comfort working in a bilingual (English/Spanish) live interaction setting
