Base Salary: $40,000–$55,000 + Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings: $80,000–$100,000+

Recruiting in Motion is growing, and we're looking for an energetic Business Development Representative who enjoys building relationships, opening new doors, and winning new business.

If you're motivated by uncapped commissions and enjoy meeting business leaders, networking, and developing new client relationships, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting activities.
• Meet with business owners, HR professionals, and hiring managers throughout the Greater Vancouver area.
• Present Recruiting in Motion's recruitment and staffing solutions.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Develop long-term client relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Work closely with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional service.
• Attend local networking and business events.

While you'll have the opportunity to develop clients across Western Canada, most travel is local within the Greater Vancouver region.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, account management, or professional services sales experience.
• A proven track record of generating new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve results.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Recruitment or staffing industry experience is an asset but not required.
