Salary Range - $65K to $75K annually


Responsibilities

- Helping the Controller with all the monthly and year-end payroll, account reconciliations, and audits
- Organizing the accounts. Receivable responsibilities include entering bills and submitting them for the Department Manager's approval
- Carry out regular financial transactions, such as validating, coding, and recording account information
- Ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and correctly reported by reconciling the accounts receivable ledger
- Process remittances under the policies and procedures, manage internal and external job postings, and maintain employee files
- Managing internal and external job postings and maintaining employee files and any other ad-hoc HR duties required

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of working experience in account receivables
- Proven experience with MS Dynamics (D365 Business Central) would be a bonus
- Advanced computer skills in the areas of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proficiency in Accounting and Finance theories and principles
- Impressive organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates both accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Capability of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent and strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Displays a team player attitude
