Responsibilities

• Experience in managing personal injury cases
• Familiarity with various litigation matters
• Proficient representation of clients in both courtroom and tribunal settings
• Creation of comprehensive case files and implementation of optimal strategies for file completion
• Deep-seated understanding and enthusiasm for litigation work
• Determination to expand knowledge and establish meaningful client connections
• Thorough investigation to gather pertinent information for cases
• Establishment and maintenance of strong client and team relationships
• Capability to comprehend client objectives and achieve favorable outcomes
• Confidence and skill in advocating for clients' interests in court
• Consistent communication with clients throughout the case process
• Adherence to all legal and ethical guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Personal Injury Lawyer
• Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Have sound judgment and the ability to understand their client’s perspectives
• Ability to provide superior service to clients
• Handle the caseload from beginning to end
• Member of the B.C BAR and in good standing
• Ability to provide clear direction and be comfortable with delegating tasks
