One of our leading Canadian commercial real estate firms, is hiring an Assistant Property Manager in their core downtown Toronto. This full-time, permanent role supports property management by assisting with tenant relations, financial reporting, lease management, and project coordination.
Key duties include:
- Responding to tenant requests and escalations
- Managing tenant onboarding and move-in/move-out processes
- Supporting financial reporting and budget preparation
- Coordinating capital projects and property services
- Overseeing accounts receivable and payable reporting
- Maintaining lease data and assisting with lease administration
- Engaging with tenants and fostering strong relationships
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- At least 4 years of property management or commercial real estate experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Yardi experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client service skills
