Our client is hiring a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to support our Talent Acquisition team with scheduling interviews for new roles. In this role, you will coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Communicate interview details, including dates, times, and locations, to all parties.
  • Manage interview rescheduling and follow-ups as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as required.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in administration, HR, or recruitment support is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
